What Jim's Plumbing of South Lake Tahoe did to me:

They started a large complex job without my permission.

They billed me for the work they did from the time they started till I found out what they were doing and told them to stop.

Then they filed a mechanic's lien against my property.

Then they sued me when I wouldn't pay.

I was screwed out of too little money to hire a lawyer and fight. But that does not make it right.

If you enter into any deal with them, you are way too desperate. No evidence they have stopped violating CA law.
